Direct Selling

This program facilitates the successful integration of new and existing executives within Direct Selling companies. The program will deliver a thorough and comprehensive onboarding program that will enhance retention, increase self-efficacy, promote the importance of company culture, facilitate role clarity, and expedite social integration.

Who: Senior-level executives who are experienced professionals in their professions but new to the direct selling channel.

What: Direct selling companies need to hire the most experienced professionals to fulfill their growing company objectives. This program offers a comprehensive executive education course that goes beyond a basic introduction to the terminology and intricacies of the direct selling channel.

Designed for executives who are new to direct selling and for those who companies wish to expose to executive-level concepts, the program delivers real-world insight and situational examples from experienced leaders combined with professors to ensure the lessons are taught in the most beneficial way. Why: Companies will be able to spend less money and time creating onboarding opportunities to bring their new-to-the-industry senior executives up to speed on what they need to know to be successful. After attending the DSA program, participants will demonstrate to their organization a greater understanding of the intricacies of the direct selling environment. Participants will utilize program information to make better and more informed decisions.

Cost: $3,500

Where: The synchronous learning modules will be delivered through the Zoom platform. All course materials, including the 4 asynchronous learning modules, will hosted on the Canvas learning management system.
